I must say it is quite annoying to get 2*350 mails in a day from people who do not take the time to check whether profiles match and do not even take the time to add your name.
I almost feel like "don't know this person" them all...
I am afraid that this sort of thing ruins Linkedin. I see that quite a few members do not have 'own' connections and hence just connect Lions to Lions (so everybody has the same connections in worse case).
It would also be great if one could indicate which type of connections one is interested in (if I see one more jnr technical recruiter I'll start to scream).
