First, a hats off to Christian for developing this entire metanetwork forum. There have been many times I would prefer to chat online instead of email. Christian has certainly developed this very intriguing area. I will certainly be prominent here with my presence.

Secondly, besides the LIONS group, I am also a member of the LinkedInnovators group. Outside of these two groups, the others are simply not worth the time or effort.

Thirdly, as for myself, I'm an information security specialist for a top Fortune 1400 company. You name it, and I'm quite involved from policies/procedures to data privacy to physical security itself. Additionally, I do some consulting for selective startups including business plan analysis, etc. However, one of my sheer joys is bringing people together with dynamic synergies. As they succeed, so do I.

Now, as far as connection on Linkedin, and I'll say this one time only: If you desire to connect with me, read the entire profile top to bottom. Then determine if there are any mutual synergies. Being on the LIONS or here won't cut it. And if this is passed, then be creative in writing the invitation. Canned and/or boilerplate invites are highly insulting. Keep in mind, there are those of us who are open, but highly selective.

Other than that, I look forward to knowing and meeting those through this forum and chatting online.
