What do you think of the contracts posted for bidding on http://www.freelancewriting.com/ ?

I'm looking for serious freelance opportunities--so much junk out there, scams for every pursuit, it seems.  The writing work I've done until now has not been as a result of internet searches, but because colleagues have needed me to write copy or grants or software documentation. 

It's a new millennium, and I'd like to find work on the internet.
