230 days ago Thanks to Catch Friday in the Philippines, I have found a new way of working with a dedicated team, whose virtual personal assistants work on tasks from as little as US$10 an hour for mundane day-to-day tasks to a few dollars more for higher end tasks. I have no problem understanding them as they speak fluent English, and indeed English is their second language and is widely used throughout the universities, and business centers in the Philippines. CatchFriday offers affordable & reasonable rates. Perry from Penn State, outsources all his copywriting , Quick Books, Web Site Design, and Programming to them. I found out that a woman in Hartford, Connecticut who works for a vitamin company used CatchFriday to investigate her competitors in marketing strategies. A lawyer in Toronto used them to research for law reviews. A Web designer in New Jersey asked them to search for images he can use. A real estate company in South Carolina gets them to find potential clients and leads. Indeed I was surprised at the range of work that CatchFriday does, and that they go much further than other virtual companies - they are flexible and are able to do higher end Autocad, Oracle work, to Content Management Systems, Web Design, Browser Scripting, Transcriptions, Server Scripting, Search Engine Optimization, Accounting, Appointments, Research, Blogging, Marketing and so much more. Their virtual personal assistant added that they could consider any project, and her voice was pleasant......but then isn't that why the Philippines is known for good customer service? Yes, Indeed.. I agree. She showed me the Postcards that came in before Christmas from New Zealand, Australia, USA, Canada, and even the UK from clients who appreciate the services CatchFriday provide them. "Who wouldn't want to do business with us?" says Angel Litel, Virtual Account Executive, "when we offer such a flexible competitive service. Some people have even tried to imitate our styles or get our leads. Though in the end we receive the tasks & payments. Why, because we value every customer". Obie Fernandez recommends hiring a remote personal assistant and lists CatchFriday as one of the firms providing this service, and even Jon Symons, IT Guru and Journalist from Canada rang them to ask about their services. Dan Del Campo, President of CatchFriday says that they have 75 clients in the United States, 25 in the UK, 27 in Canada, 15 in Australia, 10 in New Zealand and many more in Europe, Asia and enquires are rising. Even India is outsourcing projects to CatchFriday, because CatchFriday have the personnel, and are competitively much cheaper. Nearly every VA company has a waiting period, and it was a pleasant surprise to learn that CatchFriday answered clients within 24 hours, and normally got going in a week on new projects. The best VA I have used so far was a Filipino one through Catch Friday, who worked with a backup team of assistants. I started with Pay As You Go and then moved to monthly, and now have three people on my payroll doing all my projects - what they can't do, I get the backup people to do it - works wonders! I will still continue having business with them this coming 2008. Looking forward to seeing new bright and creative ideas. There can never be another one to brighten up my day... it's only Catch Friday who can show you the best way. 221 days ago Comments on the world of consulting, value contracting, innovation and the systemic handcuffs that most corporate managements use.
